how to remove virus from a android phone

when i try to use the web on my samsung galaxy ace i go on the site it takes me there but right after a window pups un an says my phone is infected an takes me straight to google play store and tells me to download this clean up thing so i downloaded it scanned my phone and it said it was clean and the thing still pops upon my web

reset the phone and then put Avast on it...

Malware bytes is good, download it and run the scans, it should be able to remove any infection

Be sure your downloading the mobile versions of the Anti-V and Malware programs. After you run the scan and clean the infection you may need to restart your phone.
