How to render out video for PS4?

So I'm running a you-tube channel. And my buddy a few towns over owns a ps4 and watches my channel on the ps4. He says that he will sometimes have trouble loading the videos. He can see all of my videos so I know it's not a platforming issue. He also has 100mb/s+ internet, so I don't think it's his connection. When I look up what kind of video files are supported by ps4, I see something that says mpeg4 h.264 encode. The issue here is that my video editor will only render through h.264 with a Nvidia encoder... I sadly have an AMD graphics card. Is anyone aware of a work around? Should I start looking for a different video editor? What are my options?

Side note: I'm also not 100% sure where to post this... I'm putting it on the windows 10 forum, because that is the OS I'm using. Any help on any of the questions would be greatly appreciated.

Youtube re-encodes everything to a standard (what you already saw mpeg4 h.264 ) so all your videos are the same.
The only difference is resolution and FPS.
