How to repair motherboard pci-e pins

So my computer runs just fine yesterday but in today's morning I tried to clean my pc , I removed the graphics card from the slot and then a pin bent out of the slot , my motherboard doesn't support integrated graphics so my pc wont turn on at all , well it turns on but gives a post codes that is 1 beep long and 8 short I searchedon't for it and I found that is display or retrace failed so how I can fix this pins.

if it is bent, you need something like toothpick size to bend it back.
I still can't really tell from that photo, but if it's missing, its dead....
You have got to use a different slot if you have one.
They can't really be repaired.

Can I use something similar to the pin like a metal piece or something that can deliver data?

Yes, sure you can, if you can attach it without it touching anything else.
