How to repair mptherboard

my computer doesnot produce sound when i took out ram and no display is visible in monitor what can i do...

You took out RAM and your motherboard doesn't bleep, well, if it normally DOES bleep when booting, I think your motherboard has died and most likely cannot be repaired.
BUT you CAN try this:
- remove BIOS battery for about half a minute and put it back in
- different power supply
