How to repair Samsung ext HHD (Dropped)

Dropped my ext Samsung hard drive 2TB and don’t want to lose all the films

Dropped my ext Samsung hard drive 2TB and don’t want to lose all the films

So it doesn't work?

Either the enclosure is broken, or the actual drive is broken.

If it is the enclosure, it may be workable.
Take the drive out and connect it with a USB dock or similar.

If it is the actual drive...this is what backups are for.
