How to repair the USB 2.0 ports x 2 and eSATA/USB port x 1

how to repair if the USB ports and eSATA ports is not functioning? when I open my laptap the USB ports are connected to mother board.

Have you tried going to Device Manager and uninstalling the ports and then restarting the computer? Sometimes this will reset the ports.
