How to repair wireless keyboard and mouse?

I have Genius mouse and keyboard the uses one dongle , that i have lost , i went to the web site and they said
"The dongle, KB, and mouse require a code pairing process. One receiver is mapped with one KB, so if the dongle (receiver) is lost, unfortunately, it is not replaceable." i have another mouse brand dongle how can i pair it with at least the mouse.
my mouse model is :KB-8000X

The manufacturer specified that its not replaceable, so its not replaceable.
