I have an ASUS X556UB laptop bought about 5 days ago . My C drive was getting full so I used EaseUS partition Manager to try to expand C drive and simultaneously shrink another drive. When the PC restarted and the change was taking place, EaseUS showed error and then PC again rebooted in a temporary profile, in which I couldn't access my files. Then I shut down the PC and restarted again. This time it booted normally and I could access my files again, and the partition changes were not applied. But my PC has become quite slower than before. Games like Fifa 15 and Rocket League are lagging. Windows Explorer has also become slower. The search bar on Windows 10 is also not working.

So, I decided to reset my PC. But when I clicked on 'Reset my PC', windows says that it couldn't find recovery environment. How can I fix this problem? Besides, will resetting remove the issue?
Thanks in advance.

That other drive partition you changed was probably the restore partition. Unless you happened to have created restore disks or a USB boot drive you need to contact ASUS and have them send you a set of restore disks for your model.

If you are running out of space on a new laptop already, get one with a larger hard-drive, do not mess with the OEM created partitions unless you know how to install Windows on your own to a new drive.
