How to reset bios to default values when ps2 and usb port is disabled in bios???

I accidentally disabled usb and ps2 ports in bios thinking I would resolve keyboard issue. But now neither my ps2 keyboard nor my usb mouse are being detected by the system.plz frnds suggest me with any idea that could solve my problem without losing my precious data

use the jumper , or remove the battery
