How to reset Canon S450?

Hello,
I have problems with my Canon S450. It seems that I changed the
internal program when I pressed the reset button improperly. What is
the right sequence of pressing the pushbuttons to reset the internal
program for the S450?

I had to rest mine recently and found the following somewhere on the net.

*******************************
CANON S450 WASTE TANK RESET

1 Press PAPER FEED button > Press POWER ON button simultaneously

2. Release PAPER FEED button still holding POWER ON button

3. Press PAPER FEED button twice

4. Release POWER ON button

5. Press PAPER FEED button twice

Power OFF printer > POWER ON printer
