How to reset CPU clock?

I OC'd my CPU a few months ago and now i have to get a lowergrade mobo that doesnt support OC, how do i go about resetting it to 3.4Ghz?

OC to 3.7Ghz
i7 2600k
UEFI Bios
Ga-Z77x-D3H

I do not remember how i originally OC'd it so i'm unsure how to reset.

The overclock settings are saved on the motherboard.

If you change CPU then the overclock won't carry over if you change the motherboard.

If you want to reset the old motherboard for a new buyer, then pull the CMOS battery for 30 seconds and replace.
