so i have been having trouble with my fps in games, and long story short apparently my cpu is running under clocked ? it never uses more than 16% of its potential getting this from the task manager (i dont know why i just bought this cpu and put it in ) .
also i was talking to a guy on a forum and he told me to download this program that tells me detail on my cpu and screen shot it. i did thats how i got to the discussion that its running under clocked but unfortunately i cant contact the guy anymore anyways
a person told me i needed to reset it and that should fix it even though i did nothing to it.
So in full detail how do i do that i know nothing about pc's really. is there a video some one can link me to.
and in your opioin is that whats wrong with my pc.. please help
