How to reset MSI BIOS settings to default

I've been messing around in BIOS the past day and I've been turning some settings off and on. I know this is probably a dumb question but how can I reset back to default settings since I kinda forgot what I changed?

I'm looking around the BIOS and I cant seem to find a "Switch to default settings" type of a button.

PS: I'm using MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo

It is in Save & Exit, called Restore Defaults.
