[SOLVED] How to reset my HDD/SSD to default settings. (or better, reset PC to factory settings).

Hi, I know almost nothing about computers so I apologise for perhaps my basic questions or if they aren't clear enough. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing and feel hopeless. So much technical jargon.

I was trying to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 15 3583 laptop and decided to buy a 480GB SSD (Crucial BX500) and bought 2 RAM sticks amounting to 16gb ( the RAM is fine so not an issue ).
I wanted to just reset the PC to factory settings, but when I try, I am prompted with this message (see pic with blue screen).

You can't use that "Factory Reset" on a new drive.

What, exactly, are you wanting to do?
