[SOLVED] How to reset project settings win 10?

I connected a display via HDMI to my laptop and pressed the second screen only project option.
Laptop res: FHD. 2nd display res 4k.
Now I have a black screen on the laptop and the 2nd display writes Incompatible format, it detects 720p.

When I detach the HDMI, I have a screen on the laptop but the settings in Nvidia control panel disappears for the 2nd screen.

<win> + p will open a menu to change output options. you can disable the second monitor with it or chose to "duplicate" the desktop if you wish.

one of those options should let you see the second monitor again
