How to Reset ThinkPad T410 BIOS lock without Password?

Hello all-
I found a ThinkPad T410 on CL for a very good price, around $20. The computer in question has a locked BIOS chip, which would need to be bypassed in order to boot. Here is the display that comes up when you boot it:

I would like to know how/if I can remove the BIOS lock, or if I can re-solder a new BIOS chip on it.
