Question how to reset windows ssd but not hdd (both internal)

Hi. I have a 128GB SSD and a 1TB HDD in my laptop. The SSD has windows 10 on it but is completely filled out. is there a way of resetting the SSD but not the HDD?

This depends on exactly what you wish the end result to be.

A brand new clean install on the SSD? Requiring reinstallation of all your drivers and applications?
Or something else?

i'm trying to completely wipe the ssd including windows. then I'll reinstall it.

Create your Win 10 USB installer.
Disconnect the HDD.
Clean install on the SSD, deleting all partitions in the process.
