How to resize the page in windows 7

Hello,web
My screen when I'm on the web is now really small font and the page obscures the tabs at the top.

Any ideas? I clicked on Full Screen accidentally and now I can't see any of the tool bars or tabs.......

I would hit F11 or move my mouse close to the top of the screen so that the menu bars pop down. If the font is too small if you hit the control key and move the mouse scroll wheel you could configure how much you zoom into the page.
