Question How to resolve Ez debug VGA problem - solid white led?

Specification:

1. Ryzen 3 3200G
2. MSI b450 pro vdh Max MOBO
3. 8*2 DDR4 Ram
4. M.2 SSd

Whenever I am trying to install internal hdd, it shows Ez debug VGA problem - solid white led. But when I remove HDD, PC works welll without any error
