How to resolve Temporary Profile Issues

Steps i used in a domain environment

• 
  I logged as administrator and delete user profile
  
  
  Open up credential Manager and create new credential for user for the network/domain
  
  
  Logged to AD admin tool for users and computers
  
  Reset user account password with the option not to change password at first logon
  
  Unlocked user account
  
  
  Ask user to log with the new password created
  
  once logged on, I open the command promtp and run gpupdate/force
  PC was forced to restart.
  
  
  User logon and open control panel . open Mail (32Bit)
  Open up show profile and then added user Name to profile.
  
  Click ok to always new name added as profile name.
  Open and Configure outlook.
  
  The Temporary profile message never shows up again and use has been doing fine since.
