how to restart ubee modem

i wont get any internet and when i did the ubee site it still didnt help

just turn off your modem for 10 seconds and plug in.

I also have a Ubee Cable Modem.

Mine has no on/off switch, so I unplug it, pull out the LiIon backup battery, wait 30 seconds, replace the battery, and plug it back in.
