How to restore a toshiba satellite c660 to factory settings

I have a Toshiba C660-195 that I want to pass on to my son. I would like to know how to go about returning it to the original factory settings. I did this once before but cannot remember how I di it.

Press and hold the 0 (zero) key on your keyboard and then press the computers power switch. When the computer turns on, the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility screen will appear

this is how i did my partners c660

may also if its in bootable condition work by pressing f8 at startup then repair my pc then factory recover option

boot meny on toshiba satellite c660-128 are f12 not f8

I believe that it is easiest to use USB
it loads faster than dvd

I use iso creator and iso to usb
with this I create a bootable USB
if everything is done correctly it will start booting automatically
