How to restore access permissions

Hi all so i followed some advice on how to get my rear panel audio jacks to recognise something is plugged in- The advice was to remove all access permissions to Realtek so it cant automatically update itself when unistalled but now i would like to try and use it again but obviously with the permissions removed its not allowed to install 🙁 so i dont know what to do

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Erm i dont really know how to explain it - but basically when you go into the security options of a program and you have all the permissions there well the person said to delete all of them ( administrator, my account etc..)

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

You have to know what you are doing with windows permissions, if you dont specifically enable then you are fine, if you dissable your admin account from permssions or if you delete that entry there is nothing you can do.

what folder or exe was it in?
try deleting the file/folder in safe mode?
