How to restore back

i have sony vgn-fz25g. the original window is window vista... but i don't like vista that why i upgrade to window 7..

but window 7 is not ok for me.. that why i need to restore back to window vista ... when i restore back to window vista by using f10 key , error message appear that "" Your System drive is too small or may not exist""

i want to restore window vista back...

what should i do??

exactly what troubles do you have with W7?

even though W7 and Vista are the same in most regards W7 is better in many areas.
