How to restore favorites toolbar after loading Windows 10

I just loaded the new Window 10 OS and I absolutely HATE it!! My folders are all messed up and I can't find all of my files. And now, ALL of my favorites are gone! I tried clicking on import favorites and I get a message, "cannot import favorites". That's all!

These darn pop-ups are driving me crazy!! I'm get full page pop-ups of things I don't care about!! This system is absolutely awful!! I've wasted an entire day trying to get things back to the way they were!

I wish I had never updated. This has caused me so many more problems than it's worth!!

If your getting full page pop ups, you have malware. Has nothing to do with Windows 10. They don't include ad's with it. Sounds like you not knowing how to use your computer is more the problem than Windows 10.
