Late last year, I bought a 1070 Ti that was used for mining for a pretty good price. Been using it ever since, but I sometimes kept crashing in games and I shrugged it off as a normal thing for mining cards.

Recently I've been frequently getting crashes and it's starting to annoy me. So I searched a bit and found out I was supposed to restore the GPU BIOS if it's a mining card. I never knew about this until now and I never actually asked the seller if they did that before selling it.

Been looking around for a way to restore, but it seems like most of the guides only apply to AMD cards. Can anyone guide me in resetting a 1070 Ti's BIOS?

Find original BIOS of your particular card and flash it.
You'll need to know precise manufacturer/model name of your card for this.
First check manufacturer support downloads.

If manufacturer doesn't provide BIOS for download then check techpowerup BIOS collection and find appropriate download for your card.

Make sure you have appropriate BIOS. If you flash wrong one, you may brick your card.
