How to restore USB root hub

I have accidentally deleted USB Root Hub. After windows 2000 server
restarting my keyboard and mouse do not work at all. I have tried to restore
last good configuration, repair windows throu repair console.
I do not have repair disks.
Could you suggest any idea how can I restore my system.

Does the system have PS/2 port? Switch to win2000.hardware group from here.
