How to resume installation?

Is there any way to resume an interrupted game installation after power failure? In our country there is problem of load shedding. Light goes after every 2-3 hours. While my game installation is taking about 8 hours because of my low end PC 🙁 Some time goes unexpectedly as well and in such cases hibernate option is of no use for me then... Please tell me if there is any way.. Thanks!

Is there a quieter time in the night when fewer folks are using power and it might stay alive just long enough?

Sorry - I'm out of ideas other than to visit a friend in a town with better power services. Does your local hospital suffer the outages as well? Can you afford a generator?
