Hello

I recently purchased a new AMD Radeon RX550 graphics card for my Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF PC. I believe it is not right for my PC after installing it.

I have tried to remove it by disabling the driver/ uninstalling etc?and physically removing it) but when I reboot the computer and plug the HDMI cable back into the Intel HD 4660 integrated graphics I don't get any feed on my monitor. Its like its gone from the system.

Can someone please tell me how I can revert back to the integrated graphics?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

You might try unplugging the PC and holding the power button in for about ten seconds, first. Without clearing the cmos.
Then power it up and see if it switches back.
If it doesn't, then you can clear the cmos.

Yes. I assume you've already taken the graphics card out. Yes, leave it out.
There may be a 2nd option to try before clearing the cmos..
If you've ever accessed your bios/uefi settings before, there may be an option in there to specifically tell it whether to run integrated graphics or from a card on the PCIe slot. Modern boards generally have an auto detection for this, but since yours didn't auto-negotiate, then maybe a reset is needed.
However, if you've accessed the board's settings before, you could have a look-see.

where is the Intel HD 4660 driver already? do you have a backup for the original driver? do you have a recovery partition? did you tried dual windows or return back your original windows with original drivers, once you do that, extract the drivers because it will not be on the internet after a couple of years, some people do this for find a stable driver.

Drivers of different sources don't overwrite each other.

Maximum power draw is 50 watts. The suggested PSU is 250w minimum.
