how to revert back to Vista from Win 8 upgrade disc

I need to revert back to Windows Vista from a Windows 8 upgrade disc
(uninstall the upgrade)

You cannot. You will need to reinstall. If you do not have a recovery partition or installation disk for Vista, you're pretty much stuck.
