How can I rig two lavalier or earpiece mics wirelessly to the smartphone video recorder?

I doubt you'll be able to pair two Bluetooth mics to a Phone.
There is Bluetooth version 5.0, which claims to support multiple pairings, but I don't think any phone supports it yet.
