How to rotate weapons in gta vice city

i have weapons but cannot bring them out. i just see bare fist

I can't remember.. but I think you change weapons with the scroll wheel on the mouse. If not, then look at the controls in options.

You can set any key for rotating weapons.You just need to get to the controls option.
