You won't be able to hit 3600mhz with a 2700X- the memory controller is integrated onto the Ryzen CPU and for the Ryzen 2000 series (with the Zen+ core) you are looking at 3200mhz max for ram speed usually.

If you upgrade your cpu in the future to a Ryzen 3000 series cpu (e.g. a Ryzen 7 3700X) these feature the newer Zen2 core and a better memory controller that can run the memory at 3600mhz.
