Hello,

i have this problem, i buy a Team Elite 2x4GB 1600 DDR3 RAM, then i try to put in on my Mobo (MSI 770 C45), but my PC won't booting, i try to setting DRAM Freq. on BIOS to 1:2, using my old RAM to get to BIOS, i still not booting, is there any solution for my issue?

my PC component:
Athlon X2 240
MSI 770 C45
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze
ATI 4770

thanks

Using your old memory is pointless since any changes you make are undone when the BIOS detects different memory.

Since you can boot with the old memory and can't even boot into BIOS with the new memory I'd say the new memory is either defective or the motherboard simply won't work with it for some reason.

Aside from updating the BIOS firmware (if newer exists) to potentially add newer memory profiles I don't think there's much you can do.

If you can't even get into the BIOS it doesn't leave many options.

maybe i'll try my New Memory on different board, to know is the memory running or not.

But i think it's my old mobo and CPu won't run with this 1600Mhz Memory
