How to Run Dual Channel RAM on Asus M5A79L-M/USB 3.0

Hello,
I have my asus m5a78l-m/usb 3.0 and run with one ram 8gb Vgen DDR3 1333mhz.
Yesterday I bought one Vgen same as my first ram 8gb and 1333mhz. i think it's surely same with the 1st one. i put it in and it detect 16gb ram but it doesn't run with dual channel, i check with cpu-z then i see it work only single chanel.
When i look again at my new ram it have one side IC (mean black thing like chip) but the first ram got both side IC.
Is that the porblem my RAM doesnt work for dual channel? plz help me..
I try put at slod same colour and with different colour but not change anything.

Pl post your RAM models and serial numbers here. They would be like CMZ64GX3M8A1600C9

Also make sure to insert both RAMs in same color slot i.e both in blue or black

I gone to Vgen Care Center end Exchange the RAM for the Same Code, and It's done. ALL work well until this day thx
