How to run fallout 4 on hd 530 graphics?

So ive seen people run fallout 4 on hd 530 at 720p at a respectable frame rate, but i cant even get it to launch past the start button, i mean the fallout 4 window comes up but its black then it just freezes and crashes... Did i do something wrong?, Please help me.

Specs
CPU - i3-6100
HPU - HD-530
RAM - Kingston 1x8gb DDR4 2133mhz
PSU - inwin greenme 550w
MOBO - Asus H110M-E

Getting a GTX 950 in a month or so but want to get some experience playing it.

The GPU requirements for Fallout 4 are NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent. A GT530 is well below these specs. Even if you could run it, it wouldn't run very good.

What OS? 32-bit?

Make sure your motherboard drivers are up to date. Go into your Bios and look for a setting for allocating system memory for your graphics. You want to set this to the highest amount or "Max" (if you have it).

No, the HD-530 is the integrated GPU in the intel CPU's and the os im using is win 8.1 64 bit
