how to run gta 4 smoothly

hi guys,
i have gta 4 1.0.4.0 patched but it still lags ..
i play on lowest settings..800x600 screen
everything on low..
my specs- intel e5200 dual core 2.5 ghz
2 gb ram dd2
ati radeon hd 5450 1 gb..

plzzzzzzzzzz HELP ME GUYZ...

Not possible. That game has terrible optimization in the first place, and your specs simply aren't powerful enough to run the game smoothly. You will need an entire new system.

Its hard to run even on a newer system because of the combination of Games For Windows Live and Rockstar Social Club.
You need at least 4GB of RAM and a Radeon 5650 to run that game smoothly at low settings.
