How to run GTA 5 On a low end pc ? Please solve my problem

Hi friends please tell me how to run gta 5 on a low end pc because i am very big fan of it and want to play it but dont have a good pc so my expert brothers will tell me how to run it on a low end pc please brothers tell me i love gta 5
so my pc specs are
AMD E1-1200 WITH RADEON (TM) HD GRAPHICS 1.40GHz
4.00 gb of ram
64 bit operating system
windows 7

Your processor is far too weak to run any modern games. I suggest you sell that PC and build/buy a new one with a good processor like intel i5, and a good gpu like the gtx 970

oh boy, you cannot (and I repeat, CANNOT) run games (especially high end AAA games like GTAV) with this kind of hardware. buying GTA right now would be a waste of your money.
are you willing to be a bit spendy and get a new computer? because that the only way you will be able to play this games ATM....

but you will need some serious power to play gta v i recently upgraded from a gt 740 to a gtx 970. i played gta v on my old gt 740 and i was getting 30-40 fps. your going to need a better cpu and gpu to play that game and you probably might need to upgrade your power supply as well.
