A good introductory article, but really skimpy on some important stuff:
  • Linux runs best with 8GB+ and 64GB+ of disk; with less your experience is likely very compromised.
  • If not Linux proficient, you probably want to install a GUI installer first (not mentioned); I suggest installing "Discover" via crostini-kde-setup
  • gimp is kinda quaint ... might mention Krita which is generally favored.
