Hi i have a dell inspiron 15 5566 laptop. I have 6 GB total memory type DDR4 to 1.06 GHz. there are 2 memory slots. One has SK Hynix of 4 GB and the other one has Memory chip SK Hynix of 2 GB. I checked and saw that they are not running at maximum speed and frequency. The maximum frequency is 1.20 ghz and max bandwidth is 2400. I looked in bios but there is no XMP option. My other specs are:

Intel Core i3 7100U clocked at 2.40 GHz

Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

Harddrive TOSHIBAMQ01ABD100 of 931.51 GB SATA III

How can i make them run at max speed?
If you know any other things or tricks that will make my laptop run better and faster feel free to let me know.
