You need to check what your actual resolution is and then go to your Oblivion.ini file and make an edit to tell the game how big your screen is. It's normally in your My Games\Oblivion folder. Make a copy before editing it. Open it up and look for these lines that start with iSize (numbers may differ for you):

iSize W=1920
iSize H=1080

You need...

amd phenom x6 1090t
windows 7 home premium 64 bit
ati radeon hd 5870 1024mb gddr5
8mb ddr3 1333mhz
3 samsung 23"
i have got mfs shift, crysis, and medal of honor working just fine
i can not get nfs hot pursuit, civilization 4, or oblivion to work
i can't see how to get them to 5760x1080
i put oblivion to window and 5760x1080, but it won't let me stretch it out on the three monitors

You need to edit the width line to be the resolution that you're running at, 5760. Though note, if you're using Bezel Compensation through Catalyst Control Center, you might actually be running higher than that. For example, I have three 24" widescreens running at 1920x1200 each. But rather than a 5760x1200 resolution, with Bezel Compensation it's actually running at 6008x1200. I had to set the iSize W line to 6008 or Oblivion wouldn't work.

Even with it set properly, there are some issues. When I first launch the game and choose to continue, and it prompts me to say Yes or No that I want to load my last saved game, the Yes and No buttons are both blank. And if I go to load a save made in this screen resolution, the picture that normally shows of what was on your screen at the time you did the save, gets messed up.
