[SOLVED] How to Run Shockwave on Mac?

Hello,

I am trying to play a game (iSketch) that requires Adobe Shockwave in order to work. However, whenever I try to play, it continues to tell me that I still need to install Shockwave even though I already have. I know this is a common problem with Mac's, so I am trying to see if there is any solution. I am even willing to use other browsers in order to make this work.

I am using a MacBook Pro with MacOs Sierra version 10.12.6.

Try running updates on the Mac. We are on 10.13.3. Delete all downloads of shockwave and delete the program. Run the installer if it has one. After all updates are done, try reinstalling.
