how to run Spec Ops The line on windows 8.1

Sir I purchased a game today named as Spec Ops: The line I installed it but I cant run it......
the .exe file show in my task manager but don't run the game...
please help me sir...

Or the components installed in it, processor, graphics card, size of RAM, HDD, motherboard
