How to run windows 98 on Mac Mini version 10.3.9

can somebody assist me please by telling mehow to run windows 98 on Mac Mini version 10.3.9

Is that a G4 Mac? (I'm pretty sure it must be.)

Run it in a VM in VirtualBox. It'll be slow, but it's the only way.
