How to safely overclock my GPU?

I'd like to safely overclock my GPU for a nice amount of FPS boost in a certain game. How can I do that? Thanks in advance

I won't recommend OCing your GPU as most GPUs come factory OCed.

Install your GPU brand's overclocking utility like MSI afterburner or ASUS GPU TWEAK. Let me know your GPU brand's name.

Overclocking your gpu is a great way to get some extra performance out of your setup, and it's usually safe to do. The most popular way to OC a gpu is using msi afterburner. This video shows the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1dGwFOdFLI

Just keep in mind that not all gpus will overclock to the same extend. You'll just have to play around with the sliders and see what works
