How to save data from the hard drive

Hello,how can i save some data before wiping the hard drive

Probably the wrong forum here for that question but there are multiple options. It really depends on what you have available or are willing to purchase. If you have a second (internal or external) hard drive just copy the data you want to that. You could also copy it to a thumb drive, sd, xd, flash or any other similar removable media if you have that. Another option is to burn the files to cd/dvd/blu-ray.
