Hi everyone.
I recently got a second hand Asus Transformer T100 (tablet / laptop hybrid) running windows 10.
The laptop is password locked so I restarted while holding shift to bring up the recovery menu. I tried to set it back to factory settings but the Bitlocker recovery menu pops up asking me for a code which I don't have. If I try to skip it it tells me there was a problem reseting this pc. It doesn't let me format it and start fresh from factory settings.
I don't care about the formating and losing the data since Its not mine I just want to use the laptop. Is there any other way to reset to factory settings? Is there a way maybe to wipe everything and install a copy of windows? I know I can't use Dban on a ssd so idk what to do. I can access the Bios and the command prompt but that's about it.
Please help me save my laptop. Thanks guys!
