[SOLVED] How to secure a second internal hard drive?

Hello,

Is it possible to secure a second internal hard drive? I can't add a password, however I can go in to "security" and restrict the hard drive to only one user (admin, which is password secured). If I do this, will it effectively secure my internal hard drive? Is someone, for example, physically removes my second internal hard drive and connects it to a different PC, will it open?

Thank you for the video. However, if someone would physically remove my second internal hard drive and connect it to a different PC, I'm assuming the restriction wouldn't last.
Any way to restrict its use only to my PC?

If your WIndows 7 is Pro or Ultimate, then Bitlocker encryption would be an obvious option...

If you wish the entire drive to be encrypted, or to merely create a very large (or small and/or hidden if desired) container, Veracrypt (successor/fork of Truecrypt) seems appropriate, and is free.
