[SOLVED] how to secure erase m.2 ssd ?

Hello everyone , i have Kingston SA2000M8500G
i want to do secure erase,on kingston ssd toolbox i dont have function for secure erase
only TCG OPAL and IEEE 1667
kingston ssd manager don't recognize my ssd (another tool)
i know there is a lot of methods to secure erase. ( put zero or something with parted magic ?)

What's the best way to do this?
Is there a way to check that it is really deleted for recover?
