How to see MSI Afterburner in game?

hey guys
ive seen gameplays and walkthroughs online where a ton load of information
i.e. GPU usage, CPU usage(per core) GPU and CPU temps and frame rates etc.

how can i configure my Afterburner to display the same?

Settings - click the On Screen Display option for every information that you want to gave displayed from that list.

Bind the "toggle OSD" to some keyboard combination. Ctrl+Shift+F1 for example.

my afterburner does not have that toggle OSD option

it only has the following:
general
fan
monitoring
profiles
user interface

no other options are available in the settings

Check in the Monitoring tab for what I told you initially.

Get it from the source and also install Rivatuner SS. Comes bundled with MSI AB and is required to see OSD.
I just installed it and 4th tab is the OSD settings.
